So, I ordered a couple of bottles from these folks and guess what happened? I forked over 71£, and they took my cash but didn’t send me a thing. I shot over 3 emails asking what’s up, but not a peep back from them. Don’t get caught in this scam like I did. I’m planning to report this to the authorities to get my money back, one way or another. Seriously, steer clear of this—it's a total scam.

Mistakes happen, I get that, but I’m out $70.00, and as a widowed pensioner, every cent matters. I expect at least a refund, but I haven’t seen a dime or even a simple apology. I’ve asked for my $70.00 back a few times, but no one’s bothered to reply. So, my take? Terrible customer service with zero concern for my loss. It feels like it’s all about the company’s profits, not the customers.
